Dirty customer care.
Don’t buy this product. They are full cheatingbajj. Mechanic was supposed to change one part but didn’t arrive. Machines entire set was vibrating more and more as the time passed by but they didn’t pay any heed to my complain and started to blame me as it’s my fault. They could send their mechanic but chargeable. How come it’s chargeable if complaints arise within guarantee period? Don’t buy this. I literally got into their trap. Customer care persons are pure uncivil and discourteous. Praying to god. If anything happens to the machine, they will not arrive and if arrives at all, produce a long bill. I simply got misguided by star marks. Don’t buy.

The delivery was on time.The taste of the water of the high value and is no lower than Kent RO Purifier.I would say that it is far better than other water purifiers while comparing the pricing

Decent product for the price range except for the noise
Good product. Does the job efficiently. Prompt service installation. Only 2 issues when it is filtering water it is very loud and noisy. Second, it vibrates a lot during filtering, too strongly than what I have seen other filters do.
