Good but…
Since, my purchase it has been working great. But I’m not a fan of open wire design. There are lots of wire visible in the back and near the freezer. There is not that much mouse attack in my house but still. It was never the case with my old LG refrigerator.

Poor customer service from Amazon
I received the fridge today. The delivery person only opened the box but did not open the fridge door. After a few hours, we opened the door to check inside and noticed that the tray quality is very poor. I called Amazon customer care to request a return, but they denied it, stating that the internal quality is not Amazon’s responsibility.I asked the agent to send someone to inspect the quality, but they refused. Now, I’m hesitant to even turn on the fridge because Amazon has outright denied any responsibility. If the fridge doesn’t work, the responsibility will fall on the customer. I don’t know what to do, as the internal parts are of very poor quality, and I have no place to raise a complaint.

Seller sells dented products
Product is good. But came with multiple dents and with only one support leg. I did not return because of time constraints.Dent 1: above the handle along the crease of the doorDent 2: in the middle of the door.Leg support only one side.Dents are Probably due to transportation issue.

Worst product. Please don’t buy specially from this seller. Not expected that I will get non working product from Amazon. There should be some system to first validate and deliver the product.As I received this fridge the light was not working. After some hours fridge also stopped working.
