I use this as an alternative to other conventional underarm roll on. I have a pretty active lifestyle and use it after shower in the mornings. I still sweat during the day if it’s hot or I’m exercising and my aim is not to stop myself from sweating. But there’s no offensive smell from my underarm at the end of the day. I use it consistently though so that may be a factor in effectiveness.This is my go to underarm roll on now and I like that there’s the option of no perfume if I need it in the future. I also think it’s cost effective as one bottle lasts me about 2months with daily use.
