Had some reservations about buying this after seeing few reviews about the appliance being delivered in broken condition.Mine was delivered intact. Makes wonderful sandwiches in a jiffy since it has a power of 2200 watts. Build quality is good. Can make 4 sets of sandwiches at one go if the bread slice is small. With larger slices, can make 2 sets.

Only advantage is ceramic hot plates. If you keep veg sandwich its very tough to lock it you have press it till its done. Floating hinges would have been better

Acceptable quality, one jumbo size bread sandwich, non toxic plates with toxic spatula
Product quality could have been better, only two regular size bread sandwich can be made at a time, and only one jumbo size bread sandwich (not two as written in details). Plate width 25 cm x 17.5cm. They provided plastic spatula instead they should have provided wooden as we are preferring nontoxic material.
