The product is not worth buying. It’s been just a month of buying and Big Jar’s turing wheel has burnt off. Had a warranty of 2 years. So contacted Preethi customer service center for repair. They are not charging for service but asking for travelling charges of 200rs. For product of worth 3500rs , it’s not working for spending on servicing. No product replacement also.So sad

We still have to pay tax of 51 euros during the delivery of the product. Which is no where specified. And you also need an adaptor for using it in Germany.
