Don’t buy without knowing the warranty and machine detailss
Product is good as of now for last one week. Why one star is you cannot use when there is no power it means even though water is there you cannot drink water. Outer filter system holder you have to purchase separately. They will not replace filters if gone bad after first time free one. You have to purchase it separately. Within the one year warranty period. I made a big mistake. I beleive worst design and product and service warranty..

Faced multiple issue during Installation
Three pin plug was broken, Havells Installation team replaced the Three Pin Plug. Then after Installation RO water TDS was coming around 350. Then Havells team changed the 2-3 filters. After that TDS came down to 110. There were multiple issues, Leakage, and 1 part was missing in the product itself. After 5-6 visit by Havells Customer Support team, we are finally able to use this product.
