Nice Mixer grinder
I have been using Preeti blue leaf for about 11 years now and it is still a champ, never had any motor issue till today, only jars are having problems; so I bought a new one. Since Vidiem is from the same manufacturer I had trust in them and bought this mixie and it hasn’t disappointed me.Noise level is at par with all 750w mixer grinderGrinds quickly with smooth textureSits automatically in the groove, so no need to twist after placing the jar in the mixieJars are perfect, small ones is so cuteJuicer is a joke, it is useless, all it does is tries (remember only it tries) to filter inside the jar. This is same for all mixer grinders that comes with juicer, if you are looking for juicer then this is not your mixieCost is at par with Bosch or Philips but for a company that knows how to make mixer grinder perfect, I’m fine with it. Also proud to purchase a product from Indian company.

A perfect choice
Review provided by a local appliances service center that vidiem brand mixers never came for a repair. The motor is unique (pending for patent – great) with great features and no one can provide such one. Self locking jars and couplers are innovative and it provide credibility to the product. With 750 Watts motor, sound is alright Juicers with option to filter the seeds is another good feature. All the jars are perfectly designed and with required capacity. Overall, if someone looking for a mixer with great features, I recommend Vidiem. Worth for money.

Does what it is supposed to do, and does it well.
My mother has been using this mixie for about 3 months now. This is her verdict:The Good1. The powerful 750 watt motor grinds spectacularly well. My previous 600 watt Butterfly mixie would struggle to grind anything to a fine paste or powder but this does it easily.2. I can grind both dry and wet ingredients together rather than in separate lots which saves a great deal of time and energy.3. I can grind idli and dosai batter very easily. Even the thick push batter for vadai is handled easily. The ground batter is as good as or even better than what I used to get with the traditional wet grinder, though obviously the volume is less.4. The volume of the jars is very convenient for normal kitchen grinding. I can grind 2 cups of coconut scrapings in the small jar whereas I had to do 2 lots in the Butterfly.5. The jar mount is very sturdy and aligns beautifully. I don’t have to wrestle with the jar to make it fit, which was a problem I faced with the Butterfly.6. This mixie is much quieter than my previous Butterfly. I used to think it wasn’t grinding properly when I first got it, but it had actually ground very well.7. Food particles do not stick to the bottom of the blade, which makes it much easier to wash than other mixiesThe Bad1. The jar lids don’t have locks. While this is good in the sense that there are no locks to break, which is a problem I have faced with other mixies, the lids have to be coaxed into place or else the jars leak from under the lid while I am grinding. I am afraid that the lids might break with the amount of effort required to seal the jar – if not now, maybe later as everything ages.2. No instructions are provided for the juicer jar. It is a bit of a mystery and therefore I am unable to use it.Overall, I am happy with the way it is functioning. It is a very efficient mixie.

Poor product quality and Amazon service
The product is worst and it started getting repair after 2 days and the Amazon person failed to take the product back as the box was missing . Worst experience
