Value for Money and a True counterpart machine
Had been using since April 2025, the product is great. I have received the first free service also, where the external filter was replaced free of cost. V-Guard has a very vast service network, pan India. This is my second RO, one is in Rajasthan and another one in Kerala. Till today, no complain machine is working fine. The water tastes well as it should. Thank you, V-Guard.

Worst experience from Vguard product and its services
I had purchased the V-Guard Zenora 2X RO UV UF Mineral Water Purifier (7L | 8 stages | 60+ glasses/day) on 14th July 2025. Unfortunately, the unit began leaking on 2nd August, just a few weeks after purchase. I immediately registered a complaint with your customer care, and a technician visited my premises two days later.Upon inspection, the technician informed me that the internal motor pump was faulty and assured me that a replacement part had been ordered. He committed to resolving the issue within two days, but it has now been over a week, and I have received no further communication from either the service center or the technician.To make matters worse, the technician is now not responding to my calls, and I am left with a non- functional water purifier despite it being well under warranty. This level of delay and unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a company like V-Guard that promises proactive service and a “No Questions Asked” warranty.Frankly, this experience has shaken my trust in V- Guard’s service and product reliability. If this is how after-sales support is handled, I am seriously reconsidering future purchases from your brand.

Preamble:Buying the right water purifier meeting my requirements under 10K price point was a very tedious process. This market is flooded with countless brands ,starting from the highly visible ones like Eureka Forbes,Kent, PureIT,etc to totally unknown ones . After an extensive – and exhausting too- evaluation process,I decided on V Guard, a comparatively lesser known name in this market.Two major reasons for that:1. Watching product installation on YT gave a good idea about the product,internal layout and build quality.2. Price wrt to features needed by me.Pros:1. Unlike many others, Amazon orders are directly supplied by V Guard. This ensures current models and assured newness of product.2. Zenora RO+UV+Minerals ,my chosen model, is sleek & elegant looking. Perfectly fits into the cabinet in kitchen.3.Amazon delivery was on the dot- within 48 hours on placing order.4. Product packing top class.5. Easy to instal. VGuard Service Engineer ,Mr. Vetri Vel, did a superb job. Not only his skill level was high,he was innovative too. For example,he suggested to use my existing diverter itself by inserting the new inlet tube of smaller dia into the existing tube with larger dia. He said he would leave the new diverter&tube with me and if at all I wanted to connect the new diverter later, their service personnel would do it. I agreed to his idea.Saved us time &trouble of shutting down water line.And he readily agreed to fix the pre-filter tying it to window bar,avoiding wall-drilling. Explained the operational aspects clearly.6.Inlet water’s TDS(Metro supply) was around 300 ppm. Filtered output went progressively down to settle finally around 11-12ppm almost 96% down!7. The icing on the cake was that the filtered water tasted exactly like Bislery/Kinley. Actually I had some apprehension on this aspect as VGuard doesnt provide TDS Control. But taste far exceeded my expectations.Cons:1. Capacity mentioned was 7 litres. But on measurement,I found total tank output was 6 litres only. Not a big deal but why commit something that couldnt be delivered?2. Installation didnt happen within 24 hrs due to some manpower issue. It happened within 48 hrs. But delay was more than compensated by the quality installation and follow up calls from their unit.CONCLUSION:Would highly recommend this very good product from V Guard.

However, once the technician arrived, the service was excellent — very professional and thorough. Overall, happy with the product and service quality.

Prompt delivery and service on order
New, 1st time buyer. Our order was delivered a day in advance, and the service provider promptly got in touch, within 24 hours and scheduled installation, at our convenience. The person who did this for us, Nandish, from Mysore, was professional and courteous. Installation was smooth. I am yet to experience the performance of the purifier.I learned during casual conversation (not initiated by him) that V-Guard paid Nandish’s salary during the Covid lockdown, for nearly 20 months, though there was little work. I’m truly glad to buy from a company that supports its workforce, especially those who do the heavy lifting. Maybe we have our own Costco.
