Low quality of product
I purchased this Mixi Grinder for ₹1500, and it was shown with a 1-year guarantee/warranty and high-quality material in the product description. However, after using it for just one month, the jar started breaking. The product quality is not at all as expected — the jar is completely plastic and feels very weak. When I press the jar lid, it even compresses, which shows it’s not durable or solid.I am really disappointed with this product. I expected a sturdy, long-lasting grinder, but this one doesn’t meet the quality standards mentioned. I would like to return this product or get a replacement with a fully perfect, high-quality one as shown in the description. Otherwise, I don’t wish to keep this product anymore.
