Good and genuine product
Overall build quality of product is sturdy and feels premium. Grinds everything effortlessly. Smoothie jar is good and comes with separate cap so that it can be used as tumbler. My main motivation to buy this specific model was low noise grinder. Jars are specially designed to reduce noise through 3 layer. Motor is powerful and adjust speed based on load. Price is on higher side , could have been better.

Soft Sound technology is a GIMMICK; damaged and unsealed packaging.
The mixer grinds well but the Soft Sound technology is a GIMMICK. I was using Philips Viva collection HL7701 before and compared the HL7777’s noise with it, forget 50% there is not even 5% reduction in sound power even with Quiet Pro jar. Even though my old mixer works perfectly fine, this purchase was made desiring soft sound operation. But totally disappointed with the loud noise. Don’t fall for the marketing hype and buy it for low noise operation. My search for a quieter mixer grinder continues.Also the outer box was damaged and the Tested OK seal was broken but I didn’t return the item for this reason thinking the product is more important than the packing. Still worries me whether I’ve received a returned item. Didn’t expect such poor quality packaging from Amazon.

Decent look with powerfull function
Quality is outstandings, very heavy good quality steel jars.Auto functions are great.After researching a lot I choosed this mixer and I am happy with the product.Moter is also powerful.It’s not completely silent but very less in comparison with others, exactly same whatever brand claim about the product.Must buy if you want good looking and powerful product for your kitchen.

Powerful yet silent
This mixer grinder feels very powerful and still silent. The mixing jars are also heavy and durable, which makes it easy to use. On top of that the presets, and safety features are very helpful. One can not start the machine if the knob is set to on and power turned on, which is very useful.
