The RO pump, RO membrane and membrane casing are of really good quality.Our 600 ppm water gets filtered to 20 ppmUV chamber has UV leds strip and we are not sure if it’s UVC like they claim.I do not trust their UF filter based on certain YouTube videos.I do not trust their mineral cartridge too.Logically sediment filter needs to come before carbon filter but this has it it the other way round for some reason. (We changed the ordering ourself)Carbon filter is of powdered type which is 3/4th full.TDS controller is available but we set it to very low as I don’t trust the UVC provided.I personally believe that lower TDS water is ok for health unless u get required minerals from food we eat. Hence we are OK with the RO system provided.A little less than 40 litres of water is ejected for the entire tank to fill (around 8 to 10 litres). We collect this water and use for cleaning outdoors.We did the installation ourselves as everything was pre-assembled and it was extremely easy with some help from videos online.EDIT:We started observing ants colonising inside the reservoir in summer as it’s not air tight unlike some top branded ones. Hence we improvised using electrical tape.One advantage with these cheap tanks is that we can clean the reservoir whenever we want to ( just in case there’s some bacterial/algae growth which ideally should not be as thats the whole point of RO )

HORRIBLE INSTALLATION.
Though your product is good and reasonably priced your authorised installation service by one Mantu Kumar Mob:6232 747 122 was ABSYMALLY poor. He sent two unhygenic, dirty clothed, uneducated, foolish bumpkins who (perhaps did not bathe in weeks) and left their sticky sooty black finger prints inside the water storage unit while handling it. They also could not drill holes in the wall and were stupendously unaware that their drills were running counter clockwise (and the reverse switch was not even working!) I had to do it myself (after cleaning their mess) with my own drill machine. I did give them their wages though but out of pity. Do get yourself a better person . PLEASE.

Good Machine with cheap price
What I most about this purifier is the prompt installation. I got a call from the local agency on the same day the filter was delivered. The next day appointment was fixed and accordingly the purifier was installed. I am from Guwahati, Assam. All items shown in the photo were present. The technician told me that the actual capacity of the filter is 12 lts but 10lts is stored. He charged 500 for installation. Installation was neat and tidy took about 40 mins.

ALKALINE filter missing. Flow indicators are wrong. Unprofessional technician
Many issues with this buy.Unhappy with the technician. Came very late today(31st oct) after being calling for a number of times. He is truly unprofessional, he did opened the sealed package. Did not spoke/explained not even a single word about the parts. He just knew only to install. Demanded extra money. I paid 550.Later I checked the parts and noticed ALKALINE filter missing. And flow is different from indicators for UV and copper filter.I did tested for alkalinity Ph tester liquid, result showed acidic. That indicates I received wrong product from what is shown.I request Amazon/brand to replace ASAP.
