Worth the price
Got this product a few days back and I stay alone, so I needed something compact, easy to use, and low on maintenance. The urban company technician came the next day, installed it properly, and even showed the tds levels before and after. The numbers were solid and you could tell the filtration was working well.The purifier looks great in the kitchen, very minimal, and it doesn’t take up much space. The build quality feels premium. The water tastes clean and pure, with no weird aftertaste that I used to get from my old ro. As someone who’s quite careful about health, I really like that this one doesn’t use any mixing or tds control. It’s just pure filtered water.The 2 year unconditional warranty is also a big plus. I don’t have to worry about sudden repair costs or service issues, which makes life simpler. I had aquaguard before and it gave me too many problems. More headache that it was worth.Overall, really happy with it. It’s a good mix of design, performance, and peace of mind. Totally worth the price.

Good for family use
I got this RO a few days ago. here is my feedback after using –a) installation was on time. Technician came next day after delivery and did his work nicely and explained how to use. He showed TDS before and after filtering.b) water is very clean. Taste is good like bottled water. We used to get bad taste from our old RO but this one tastes good. Everyone at home now drinks more water.c) no cost tension now. They told me no charges for 2 years, even filters are free. That’s the best part for me because service costs keep adding up.d) looks simple and nice. It is not too big and fits well in the kitchen corner. We don’t have much space near the sink so that is why this compact size is perfect for us.e) got a free pre filter included which our old RO didn’t have. It helps keep the main filters clean for longer so we don’t have to worry about maintenance too much. Perfect for daily family use. Flow speed is good too. So far working perfectly fine. I don’t have to call anyone again and again for service and that’s the main thing. This RO made daily life easier for us.

Just got this water purifier installed a few days ago, and I am genuinely impressed. The designed is super sleek and modern and it fits perfectly into my kitchen setup without looking bulky . The quality feels preimum and installation is quick and easy. What really stains out is the combination of great functionality and asthetic – it not only works well but also looks great. With the 2 year of warranty, it’s definitely value for money. Was also considering atom-berg but there were a-lot of TnCs in the warranty. It is basically like Kent after 2 services.Overall , a great experience so far – Highly recommended

Great Water Purifier
My review after using the Native M0 RO -• It looks great. First thing I noticed is how good it looks in the kitchen. It also doesn’t take too much space. The RO feels solid too.• 2 year unconditional warranty. Honestly the main reason I went for this RO was the 2 year unconditional warranty. Most brands say 2 years but then so many things are not covered, so it’s basically useless when you actually need help.• Urban Company has great service. I’ve used their services before also, so I already trust their technicians and how they handle things. The installation was also very smooth.• Water taste is clean and fresh. Water from my previous RO used to taste a bit odd. My family also likes the taste and flow speed is good too.Overall I feel like it’s good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is tired of unnecessary service charges with other ROs.

Have been drinking more water recently
It’s been a little over a week since I bought the Native M0, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. UC arranged the installation on the same day it got delivered, and the technician was super polite and patient. He answered all my random questions without rushing.The design is really nice, it actually makes my kitchen look better. It’s sleek, simple, and feels quite premium. What I really liked is that it comes with a 2-year unconditional warranty. My old RO used to give problems every few months and the servicing bills were annoying, so this is a big relief. I hope that the filter lives up to its 2 year life hype.The water quality has been great and the taste feels clean and fresh, no odd aftertaste like I used to get before. I’ve even started drinking more water now because it just feels lighter somehow. Overall, very happy with this purchase so far.

Different price for different people or price is less after you ordered
Product is good until now but I am not happy with the price. They charged more than the price and it is not UC it’s amazon that done it. Product is is nice and customer service until now it is good.
