The installation process was a breeze, thanks to the comprehensive set of accessories provided by ZENPURE in the box. The unique design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks.Product nice, quality of water also 70 to 80 TDS and saving money, Nice quality and technician works.Taste is very nice ..I am happy with this product.Storage capacity is also 10 to 12 ltr.Performance is also good. I am satisfied ☺️

Poor product quality and unskilled installation guy
Poor product and unskilled installation guy. Do not buy this it just looks fancy nothing else. The installation guy kept forcing to give 5 start so that he can get extra money. I said I will review after few days seeing the quality of the product. Now the installation guy dosent respond. Tast of the water is very bad

Very good product and very valuable product and also its available in low price compare to another well known brand and also their service is excellent and the service engineer was so humble and well skilled its working very well and the service technician was explained how to change the outer filter and how to maintain is very helpful and water taste was very well especially we experienced copper taste and also alkaline water was good for health totally worth it and we have suggest to my relatives for buy the zen pure purifiers

Alot of water wastege in filling up
The purification is good. Only problem is water wastege from the drain line. 1st, it will waste almost 50 litres of water for filling 15 litres, which is 65 litres in total. 2nd, even the water is filled cimpletely, there is leakage from the drain line continuously, which we don’t like at all. I hope the seller will assign a service technician to resolve above problems. Not able to find customer care.

Value for money
After some research, I ordered the Plush model for it’s storage capacity and features. The item arrived promptly and intact with all required installation parts. Installation was arranged through WhatsApp and the technician came the day and installed the unit. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. After installation he stayed, checked for any leaks and fixed. I am thoroughly satisfied with the installation process. The R O water purifier is working fine and I am happy with my purchase.

Water Leakage | Installation charge extra ₹1000/-Fallen down after 1 day of installation, now bought 1 table stand for this, technician isn’t bothered about after sales service.Never buy this !
