Good RO purifier,
My friend suggested me to change the Acqaguard RO purifier after drinking water at my home . As it’s badly managed by Acqaguard AMC service team at Nashik. I was keep complaing and that guy never came on time and just keep cleaning filter and giving lot of excuses .My friend using livpure from long time , he suggested this brand , now I have it. It’s a nice looking and premium RO, UV etc . Installation was quick and hassle free . Coustomer care is easily accessible. Water taste is nice . Hopefully livpure will maintain high quality of service as my earlier ro company failed to do that.

A Letdown from a Trusted Brand
Updated on 30th Sep ~ Purifier works well and after a couple of months of frequent follow ups, my issue was solved by the service team. Other dhan that, the purifier is delivering it’s work at its best.* Still (August 5th) I am waiting for the spare part that was agreed for the replacement from July 18.July 12th ~ I ordered the Sereno-SS model through Amazon on 10th July, and the installation was completed on 12th July. Although we suggested an installation spot based on our previously installed unit, the technician insisted on a different location and went ahead with that.However, I’ve encountered several issues post-installation, and despite raising a service request over 48 hours ago, they remain unresolved:1. Lack of Technical Knowledge: The technician was only equipped to install the purifier. He was unable to answer basic queries regarding the product’s specifications or functionality. He was also unfamiliar with most of the LED indicators and their purposes.2. Power Dependency: A major drawback of this model is that the water dispenser is fully touch-operated and requires constant power. In the event of a power failure and without a UPS backup, dispensing water is impossible.3. Inaccessible SS Drum: The stainless steel storage drum is located beneath the UV unit and is not designed for easy dismantling and cleaning by the user. Technical assistance is required even for basic cleaning.4. Dispensing Configuration Issues: The dedicated buttons for glass and bottle filling require custom configuration for dispensing levels. Unfortunately, the technician had no knowledge of this setup process.5. Poor Water Dispensing Design: The design of the water dispensing area is frustrating. Water spills and splashes around every time, as shown in the attached video, making it highly inconvenient for daily use.I’m giving this product a 1-star rating solely due to the poor after-sales support. Despite raising a service request two days ago, I have received no follow-up or response from the customer support team.For a premium, branded product like this, quicker turnaround times and responsive service are expected. Sadly, that has not been the case here.
