Product is good and reliable.Although it get vibrated enough for 1 kg Maida at the end of process, but works fine.Easy to operate and clean .6 Amp plug help you to power supply from any board(but recommend to use 16 Amp power supply board ).Attachments are easy to mount and disengage.Can purchase

Very good product & also customer care
Very good stand mixer by Rossmann. It’s heavy duty but works silently. Very helpful in kitchen settings. It has got some problem of speed control after 6-7 months, but customer care solved it promptly by getting it picked up and servicing it. The communication with customer care is also smooth.

Works as intended. This is a good budget mixer than the more expensive ones out there. So don’t expect a robust machine. The chasis is plastic and not metal like high end stand mixers. That being said, be a little wary that the product is not very sturdy. Wobbles alot when dealing with a heavier dough. One thing good is the warranty on the product. My mixer stopped functioning after a few months and the customer service from rossman was great in repairing and returning the product. Stand mixer is great for small in home projects I would not recommend using it if you plan on making bulk quantities or low hydration dough that require a much higher power and a stable frame.

Full waste of money for me
Please don’t buy this product. Very bad company experience. No aftersales service. Full waste of money for me. Their employees don’t know how to talk instead demanding money for repair within warranty period. Two times my machine broke down and one time I paid service charges even after that within 3 weeks my machine broke and again the company officials demanding money to repair. Very bad experience. Kindly don’t buy their products.

Great for chapati and even millet roti
Update:I had to return this product unfortunately because it would abruptly stop working. This happened within 10 days of light use. I This was quite disappointing !First impression : This is based on my first day of use. I will update my review later if needed.The body looks sturdy and is well designed. We received all parts in good condition. Today, we made chapati and bhakri( jowar + ragi millet) dough in this. It was done fairly quick, in less than 5 minutes each. It is not too noisy for a mixer. The chapati and bhakri came out so soft !The only issue is that the power cord is short.I definitely recommend this product!

I just want to inform all the buyers who want to buy this product.. The product is really really good and performs really well…BUT THE FRAUD ROSSMANN COMPANY did to me is another story.When i ordered the stand mixer the company sent me faulty and old product which was not working and already used.. I talked to rossmann costumer care and at first they were very humble and all that but later they told me that they will not exchange the product due to address and blah blah. I inform them that i will courier the machine to your address and pay charges as well but they gave excuses and all. After all that rude conversation from rossmann company I called Amazon service and they helped me and told me that they will send me new product and will take that old one …My humble request to all the buyers that if you wanna buy this machine you can but please check it first that product that u are getting is new or used properlt packed or not… THE ROSSMAAN company is not trustworthy with the product they are sending u. Dont forget to make unboxing video. This will help you…Its your hard earned money dont waste on them …ThanksHope this will help you..
