Not As Great As I’d Hoped
I thought this was supposed to be indestructible but I used a sharp knife and there are definitely visible marks left on the cutting surface. Also, I didn’t think having such a thin, flat surface would be an issue, but I definitely prefer a cutting board that is thicker so that the excess water from washed veggies doesn’t just slide right onto the counter. I am keeping it because I definitely believe it is more sanitary than other types of cutting boards. But I wish the design was a little different.
