Unknown risk for some USB-C charged devices.
First, let me say that if you use this strictly for its ability to keep standard laptops powered and charged, then this will work fine for you. I used it to charge up several older laptops I have, requiring different connectors. There are plenty of available connectors in this kit, including the old IBM style rectangle connector. The power supply ends in a USB-C connection, that according to the charger’s label, outputs 20v. This is still suitable for most laptops that require 19.5v or so. You most likely will need to use the provided USB-C to barrel connector extension, then choose one of the included tips, in order to power and charge your laptop. However… there is no indication on the power supply label, nor were any instructions included, that will indicate that this charger will support negotiated power level changes, otherwise known as SPR. With SPR, a “proper” USB-C charging device can switch between 5V, 9V, 15V and 20V through a process of communication with the device being charged. This charger does not indicate anything of the sort. It is my belief that the USB-C connection is there only for show, or to be trendy, since everything seems to be USB-C these days. So as far as I’m concerned, this will only output 20v, as the label shows, and I will not risk using it for any other USB-C rechargeable device other than a device that explicitly requires 19.5v – 20v to operate. I will not risk using it on my Steam Deck, which charges at 15v, or my phone, which can charge at 20v (but not before it tries to negotiate through other voltage levels first). I certainly won’t risk using it to charge a portable power pack. Those are typically 5v only, and I won’t plug something labeled 20v only into a 5v only device. As I mentioned before, this works fine for 19.5 – 20v laptop charging. Any other use or purpose is at your own risk.

NOT USB-C, only buy if you need 20V to charge an old device.
I have really mixed feelings about this product. The positive is that it does, in fact, product 20V reliably. It comes with a lot of attachments and, if your product needs 20V, chances are you’ll find a plug that works. As far as quality, I have to say I have qualms. The label is very spartan, there’s no UL rating etc. It gives the appearance of the most generic of generic products. The real problem with this charger though is that it uses a USB-C connection but I was able to verify that it isn’t SPR capable. What this means is that if you plug it into a normal USB-C device that can’t take 20V there’s a really good chance that you’re going to ruin it. It feels like a super irresponsible thing to do on the part of the manufacturer. They clearly have access to many, many plugs. They could have chosen any of those for the interact between the charger and all of its many plugs. As it is, I’m going to throw it away because I have other, non-technical people in my house who will see this charger and plug it into their phone without thinking about it. So caveat emptor. It does make 20V but you’re putting yourself and your electronics at risk by using a USB-C device that doesn’t follow the USB-C standard.

14 adapters to power your older laptop devices. I had success with three brands.
This HSXIRQA 100W USB C Universal Laptop Charger Fit for HP Lenovo Dell Acer Asus seems to do what it is supposed to do. Power supply output is 20v/5a and it successfully powered an older HP NX7300, a DELL Lattitude E6230, and a newer Lenovo IdeaPad.It comes with 14 different adapters (I only used three), the transformer and appropriate cords. Directions were non-existent, but pretty much not needed, either. It was able to maintain the battery on the IdeaPad, but the other two had very low batteries and the charging level was very slow. They are plugged in over in the corner and I’ll report back if they reach usable levels.Overall, this is a good multi-use, generic power supply for your older laptops. Nice enough selection of tip connections to cover most needs, and at a reasonable price. I’m not seeing anything wrong with it, nor anything that sets it apart from the crowd – so, I’m going to rate it at a solid “middle-of-the-road”.
