Easy replacement with customer friendly staff
Charger stopped working after 7 months. I approached service centre online. They guided me to send product to them . I got replacement without any hassles.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT – Disappointing Quality: Artis 65W USB Type C Laptop Adapter
This is the worst product I’ve purchased. I bought the Artis 65W USB Type C laptop adapter on March 26, 2024, and it stopped working after just four months. The short lifespan and lack of reliability have been extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this adapter.most of the reviews are fake

Works Good- cable only 3ft – Did not last even 3 months
Adapter work fine, charges at same speed as original. However, the cable from adapter to Laptop is only 3ft – half that of the original Dell adapter. For that… 1 star less. But for this, it is a good replacement.Update: my earlier impression was wrong! The adapter failed in less than 3 months. Ended up having to buy an original Dell adapter. This one just stopped – all it was used for was charging my laptop, which hardly ever leaves my desk.
