Excellent product
Really really cheap , and it works better than few expensive mouses , it might have a low quality body , but it will work pretty well and long lasting if you dont use your mouse for throwing purposes. The customizable options are a great thing and i found it pretty amazing

software stoped working within 2 days of use
do not purchase this mouse if you want to use macros. i used macro alt +tab + right arrow and when i saved it the software started to crash as u see in video. i reinstalled claw dawon software but the problem is same. i have 2 computers and 1 computer is just 4 days new, in that system same software is crashing. dont buy this product at all thank god this issue came within return window. pls dont buy this product if you want to use short keys such as copy and paste as this mouse has no direct option for it. and if you use macro the mouse inbuilt chip goes dead .. i read about it in one of comments below and it is true. i cant even get refund for this product for now. i will update review after i recieve replacment mouse

Best in class gaming mouse but have issues with programming buttons
Got the product. the build quality and packing are very good. The main issue is with the software provided.I wanted this mouse for coding. I wanted to assign ctrl, page-up and page-down to ctrl, dp+ and dp- so that I would never need keyboard while browsing the code.Here is the issue the software assigns the Ctrl key but it behaves differently for different windows. I mean it behaves differently for chrome and vscode. I am currently using Tecknet GM299 with same customizations and it works like butter.I wanted to use this as I loved the build quality and ergonomics of this mouse but had to return as it is not serving my purpose. Hope they fix this soonyou can customise all the keys as per your requirement but you cannot assign keys like “Ctrl”, “Alt” to a single button. The software provided does support that but the mouse behaves in a weird fassion.

A very strange Manufacturing Defect for my mouse.
i have used a lot of Gaming mouse over the years but NEVER EVER have i seen such a issue like this.On the mouse wheel there is a PLASTIC POINTY BUMP that pokes your finger like you are touching some sharp object.it seems they made some kind of FUNDEMENTAL FLAW in the design. Usually most Mouses have rubberized mouse wheel for smooth scrolling and comfort.Most Gaming mouse have RGB LED plastic Stripe running on the side of the scroll with rubber scroll on the centre .but if you look at the Claw Chuff Gaming its a little bit different.it has a RGB plastic light running on the center of the scroll( but sides of scroll wheel have rubber) and the the joining area of the plastic has a small bump,kind of a pointy plastic that kinda pokes your finger when scrolling. it quickly becomes very noticeable and very irritating.not sure if this is a manufacturing defect for my specific piece .will try to apply for replacement and see how things go.Other than that1)its a good gaming mouse feels solid for its price but kinda heavy(weight of mouse not mentioned in mouse description or website.(must by higher than 150g i think)2) has a decent software that can customize buttons , RGB lighting. etc.UPDATE:Recieved a Replacement Mouse. its okay nowits does not have the wierd Manafacturing defect but its still a strange design choice.oh well.all fine for now i suppose.Well Built mouse but just too heavy, if u have already been using a lightweight mouse. ur gonna get pain in your wrist or shoulders for few days before it gets used to.
