Worst customer service from Amazon. One of the accessory (minimotor head) is missing from the package for which I raised a complaint . But they are just saying that the product can’t be replaced or paid for and nothing can be done about that.Don’t buy such costly products from Amazon.Buy directly from dyson , they have excellent customer support system, Mr.Kamal from dyson helped with the missing item and also gave a detailed demo on the usage
