What prompted me to write this is the pathetic service that too within warranty period.After 6 months of occasional use, the machine stopped abruptly one fine day. After multiple service requests, 3 weeks ago, the service guy took away my machine with him as it needed battery replacent assuring that they will return my machine in 3 working days. Its been 3 weeks, and even now I dont know whether I will get it back or not. Now local service centre people are reluctant to attend my calls. But i keep on getting feedback calls from call centre, use to tell them my issue, they will raise a complaint, the complaint raised will be closed automatically in 3 days and new feedback will come… this vicious cycle goes on as if I am stuck in a time loop.Regarding the machine:1. Easy to use, as it can be easily navigated via mobile app2. Sleek appearance3. It is meant to sweep small dust particles only. Hair/Toffee wraps/ small threads/ small snack particles .. will be stuck under the machine, without getting sucked inside.4. Corners are not entirely covered5. Charging is easy as it will go to charging portal automatically( Mine is not getting charged at all now)6. Again.. pathetic service even during warranty period.Verdict: This machine is never an alternative for conventional vacuum cleaner in terms of efficiency

Great drycleaning bad mopping
The product is real good for dry cleaning however the product is not good for mopping. Incase you are looking for a robot vacuum for both then do look for other products having a better mopping.

Good product best for day to day moping. It’s Alexa connectivity only working on 4G network or 2.4 ghz wifi network and not on 5G network or 5 Ghz wifi network.
