Excellent product good for domestic washing

Very bad product and experience
They gave me a very poor quality washing machine. I got it from the den. Since 15 days some error is occurring. If you press the button from the custom officials, someone comes after 2-3 days, checks it and goes away. I changed its panel once, it worked for 10 days, but again the same problem is occurring. If possible, please replace my product and give me another one. My family is upset. It’s a very bad experience.

You can read the product review from next para. A special mention about lethargic n unwilling to work service center in kanpur . Godrej company should sack such centers immediately if they want people to be with them. I liked the product, but again same issue . Service center in kanpur is not cooperating, thus returing the product. Will never buy any Godrej productAlthough I have to return n replace the machine due to issue in heater mode, still I rate it as best. Other brands are charging 23-25 k for same capacity machine with inbuilt heater. Whereas Godrej is proving to be the best value for money. Performance is excellent subjec to some condition.1. Water flow should be good.2. Let the machine do its work and not fill water manually or interrupt every now and then.Im highly satisfied by the performance and hope I get fully functional machine this time. Service is par excellence from Godrej and Amazon both. Very easy to use, and makes minum noise.
