Ver poor service and a fraud company
Clicktech retail is a fraud company. They sell sub standard and refurbished products as new which become defective and then there will a no way to contact them or get redressal. The laptop that I bought became defective and was declared as Dead on arrival by HP service centre. They asked me to return the laptop to seller and take refund. But there is no way to contact seller for refund.
