Poor Design Leads to Smelly Liquid Leak – Not Covered in Warranty!
I purchased this hand blender with a 2-year warranty expecting peace of mind. But within just 3–4 months of light usage (mostly buttermilk and soft ingredients), liquid started seeping into the lower crushing part near the blades. Despite regular cleaning from the outside, some liquid remained trapped inside the base part and eventually started leaking out with a very bad odor.This isn’t just unpleasant – it spoiled my food when I unknowingly reused it before realizing the smell source.When I contacted customer care, they refused to replace the part under warranty and instead asked me to pay ₹650 for a new bottom attachment. This is clearly a design flaw, not user misuse. A product meant to handle liquid blending should not allow seepage into inner compartments.The listing says “2 YEARS WARRANTY: You need not worry…” – but sadly, that doesn’t apply when it actually matters.I’ve uploaded a video to show the issue – buyers beware before you trust the warranty or product quality. मैंने यह हैंड ब्लेंडर 2 साल की वारंटी के साथ खरीदा था, ताकि उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता को लेकर चिंता ना करनी पड़े। लेकिन सिर्फ 3–4 महीने के सामान्य उपयोग (जैसे कि छाछ आदि) के बाद, ब्लेड के पास वाले हिस्से से लिक्विड अंदर जाने लगा। हम हर बार बाहर से अच्छे से सफाई करते हैं, फिर भी अंदर कुछ लिक्विड फँस जाता है, और कुछ समय बाद उसमें से बहुत ही बदबूदार पानी निकलने लगता है।अगर गलती से उस हिस्से को साफ किए बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल कर लें, तो पूरा खाना खराब हो जाता है।जब कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि यह हिस्सा वारंटी में कवर नहीं होता और ₹650 देकर नया पार्ट खरीदना पड़ेगा।यह कोई यूज़र की गलती नहीं है – ये डिज़ाइन की बड़ी खामी है। जब कोई लिक्विड के लिए बना प्रोडक्ट इस तरह अंदर लिक्विड रोक ले और सड़ने दे, तो यह सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता दोनों के लिए खतरा है।Amazon पर लिखा है “2 साल की वारंटी – क्वालिटी या सर्विस की चिंता नहीं”, लेकिन असलियत में ऐसा नहीं है।मैंने इस समस्या का वीडियो भी अपलोड किया है – कृपया खरीदने से पहले ध्यान से सोचें।

Great Quality with Heft
Lovely quality. The metals and plastic look good. The motor is extremely powerful and helps make shakes very quickly. The whipping attachment is superb! Making Dalgona coffee is so simple now!!Most importantly, motor noise is so low!

Good product. But the SS blade is not for making better at home. Motor heats up very quickly. We are using it for more than 7 days now. Company should have given a start and stop button because it becomes tough to hold the button while using it. But I will say it is compact and functionality is very easy.
