Tap leakage issue
This is worst washing machine. They have no more that allows to only wash and rinse the clothes without spinning them.There is always leakage problem from tap. It is a waste of money to buy since a lot of time will go in installation of inlet water pipe which fails every now and then.It’s of no use to buy this machine. Samsung customer service support charges rs. 700-800 just for settling the pipe again which is like looting in the name of providing bad product.You need to constantly monitor after every 5-10 minutes, the leakage from tap until your clothes are in the machine. It consumes the same amount of effort and time that is required by washing clothes with hands.Please do not buy this.#samsung please address this issue.

Good item, but I suggest 9kg machine.
I bought 12kg washing machine, Good item, but I can suggest only 9kg washing machine. Because no much difference between both machine’s performance and number of clothes in one washing program and number of washing programs etc. I think it’s not value for money.Over all performance is just Good not excellent.
