Great product associated with delayed installation/demo from Samsung
“Value for money” and no doubt about it. It is rated 4-star and hence seems energy efficient. “Storage capacity” of the refrigerated compartment seems almost the same as other refrigerators, as it has a huge freezing compartment.Product is good.However, it took a long time for the Installation/Demo to happen and use the product day-after. The 48hr window period for arrival of the personnel is too long a time period before which the refrigerator cannot be used. This poses a difficulty for those who rely very much on the refrigerator to store certain food items.It would be great it Amazon could look into this and have the request for installation/demo initiated as soon as the product is delivered, irrespective of the pincode at which the product is delivered. I am sure such process flows can be better defined to gather goodwill from the customers.

I have been using it for 6 months now, There has been no issue while operation and supply, you can go ahead and oder online, I seached extensively on online online store and found this one perfect for us, Fridge was delivered very fast in 2 days, Onstai was done on next day, installation and demo was smoothThis Fridge is perfect for nuclear family, storage and cabinet is neatly design, power consumption is low, ice freezing is very fast and good for bachelor’sHas enough space for liquid, dry items and vegetables, the cabinet can be rearranged according to neef, can’t ask for more at the price

LED lights up the fridge quite well5. its 4 star rating does justiceconsthe door could have had another rack for smaller bottlesAfter Months of operation,it has already seen tougher seasons.It proves to be what it was designed to be. I had purchased this after a very careful research review and comparison.got the major technical inputs from the Indian Star rating portal which has specific lab reports regarding this fridge.it was overwhelming to see the product live upto the test results.Aesthetics is one more aspect I noticed in these months of operation,the choice of colors, and placement of the controls inside and outside are very well thought of.I loved the slide out tray, thats a very nifty attachment.

Do not purchase this samsung fridge.
I am giving review after 5 years of fridge usage.Initially for 3 years fridge worked fine but from 4th year cooling used to stop after every 4-5 days due to accumulated ice at the back side and then we need to switch off the fridge and open the fridge door for 24 hours so that accumulated ice melts then again cooling works. This problem repaets every week. 2 times technician came and changed heater, some fuse but still the same cooling problem. After that there is no proper support from samsung customer service center. One of the worst samsung fridge. I genuinely do not want any of samsung products. So do not buy samsung fridge.

Most amazing refrigerator ever!!!
The product of the Samsung are always amazing……the cooling of it is the best I’ve ever had, the frost free technology is actually is very amazing it doesn’t let any ice to stick on the internal walls of freezer, the variable temperature changer is amazing as it let set us the needed temperature, and quick freez also help to quickly chill something….all around its and amazing machine ….it really changed my electricity bill drastically, and the electricity fluctuations doesn’t affect the fridge at all , it works in any condition, Definately will recommend 100% to every family,

Its cool but you gotta be careful with the temperature scale in the upper chamber.
Its a chill product honestly, I got the demo the very second day after I bought it, cool thing about its inverter tech is that it doesn’t need stabilizer with it and its cooling is kind of way more than a human being could require, its hecking Antarctica down in there, anyway I’m running it on the lowest settings, the storage space is really ample for my needs at least, the only thing that bothers my family is..Its manual leaf-let instructions don’t allow you to put it on any fridge stands at all and its best you do not, but since the upper chamber is a little big you’d have to bend over to grab anything in the lower part of the fridge, and back patients might suffer a bit from that, like my mother is. And its upper chamber doesn’t have light in it so… if you assume it does, you’ll be gravely disappointed. So if you’re a Batman who needs treats in the night put them in the lower part of the fridge I guess.Other than that its a fantastic product, its really Chill. Just don’t turn it on until after 4 hours of its delivery to you, just in case the delivery boy forgets to let you know, its compressor would be all jocked up, you do not want to mess with it, let it settle down a tad.

Few nonsense functions not of any use
Till now working good.Bad points..Door alam is very very very low so that no one can hear. And the samsung guy told this is like this. So u have to consiously wait after opening the door when it will trigger. If by mistake its open and u r far then no way to hear. Its kind of nonsense. They should increase the volume….another point there is odor controller inside but no carbon filter is there. So again its a nonsense and of no use.Lets see if any problem happens in summer because in winter it works less , heard time is about to come.
