Purifier is nice…steel tank is a big plus..Annual maintenance is also around 3k (said by technician who installed) which is very reasonable compared to big players in this marketOverall a good buy

Machine to buy
Worst product.Had very bitter experience with product and installation guys. Company does not have proper partnership with installation team and technician came and they don’t know how to install them.Second thing machine stopped working within 3 months and aligned technician through customer care and they reached out 3rd day since raised ticket. Firstly he said membrane got faulty and asked how it got damaged within 3 months and don’t know it would not even lasted for year.Then I made conference call with technician and Bepure customer care and they suggested few steps and got to know issue with solinoid motor. It got replacedNow machine has problem again which doesn’t take water on inlet

Nice ProductI am using this product since 6-8months now, and it is working very nicely, water taste is good. I like this product because of it’s steel water tank. Once water tanknis full it gets auto cutoff. Overall nice product for family

SS Tank is the real charm but connectors seems to be of cheap quality
