I gifted this to one of my friend. He is using is for quite some days and said it’s all good. Easy to clean, easy to bake. And the heat distribution is proper on all the corners. The flying hinge system provides a better hold.

easy to use and easy to clean.not bad at all.2 issues:1. the hook is on one side so if your sandwich is a bit bulky, then the upper half may be tilted and loose on one side.2. the hook is also flimsy so there is a risk of breaking.

Dangerous and horrible product – Use it only if you want to get an electric shock.
We used the sandwich maker the first time. To our horror we were in for a rude shock (read electric shock). After the grilling was done as we touched the handle – we got an electric shock. Then as we touched the sandwich we got an electric shock of greater magnitude.Shame on Borosil for preparing a product and releasing it before doing a quality inspection. Shame on Amazon as a reseller for not checking the products before selling them.If there is any moral left in you guys and you want to operate ethically you will replace this product with a better one or refund the amount to me.But overall a horrible and shocking (in true sense) experience
