Unhappy: after 6 months of use
I had issued with the product. However, on raising the issue their customer care called me and om understanding my issues offered a full refund 6 months after use.I will definitely give the brand another chance as their intent is right. Great upgrade and value for money
Was using g10 from last 2 years and was very useful and yesterday received this g50 and very much happy on this upgrade and used yesterday and yielded good results and now only worried about parts like brush mob pad battery also docker is tightly coupled with charger

Limitations of G50 Hybrid model
Suction power is very good, cleaning is also ok but not so good with single sweeper brush ,but this model has very few operational flexibility options.When WiFi fails, this unit is dead. No manual mode cleaning. Manually this unit can not be driven from one location to another location. You have to literally lift it with hands like baby and place in another room. This defeats the basic Robotic purpose.Also, movement is very slow.Overall, after using prrevious models Robovac 11S, this G50 Hybrid has been very much disappointing and hence returned.

Drops dirt
Mapping and features are good, but the robot drops dirt formed like flakes and droppings here and there. A bad patch of dirt from under a foot rug was spread across a room. (See photo of a second dry round. A third wet round removed the dirt.

Stopped water dispensing,Won’t mop properly.Carry and spread dust.There is no customer support, and number which they have given in app won’t work.They have contacted me for product replacement, but amazon offered full refund and returned the product.

Buona l’aspirazione, discreto il “lavaggio” pavimenti (un panno statico).Applicazione intuitiva ma con qualche bug (si perde la mappa, a volte non riconosce le stanze ecc).La note dolenti il serbatoio scarso (meno di 80m2 per l’acqua), la batteria (al massimo della potenza non arriva a 70m² e si ferme prima di rientrare in ricarica), ma SOPRATTUTTO la scarsa durevolezza: dopo due mesi la prima crepa nel serbatoio (riparata artigianalmente), dopo il 3o mese la perdita della pompa.Una delusione continua.Al 4 mese di utilizzo ho deciso di usarlo solo come aspirapolvere (comunque meno efficiente di un Folletto o altro).

Update, May 15, 2024: Today the new battery lasted 100 minutes.Update, May 8, 2024: I sent an email to the manufacturer explaining the battery situation and they sent me a new battery under warranty.Very poor manual because of very small illustrations which are not the same as on the robot, plus does not explain how to delete a setting. A fairly good robot though, cleans well but tends to remain in larger rooms, it starts in the living room of 1,500 sq.’ apartment, manages to find the bedroom, but once it exits the bedroom it does not go back to finish the bedroom and washroom. My fix for this is to put it in the bedroom and close the door and let it run until it finishes the bedroom, then take it to the living room. It does not clean near the charging station. Very quiet, bumps very gently. When it is working beside you, you can still hold a conversation.It is very easy to clean the waste bin, roller, wheels and filter. I clean it and wipe off the machine each time I use it, which is twice a month. I find this vacuum very easy to use and clean. It usually runs for about 1.5 hours, then recharges.For $200.00 Canadian it is an okay value. It does not have the headaches and problems associated with programming using cell phones. I understand why manufacturers went that route, but it isn’t good.TIPS: do one room at a time. The reason is that the robot learns the room and wastes less time learning multiple rooms. Give it plenty of time to fully recharge between uses. CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT after each use – remember to do the wheels, they pop out so easily.

I am so happy I could cry!!!! I adopted a cat a few years ago & never in my life have I had a pet who shed so much as this lil boy of mine. As an older & disabled woman, I have become so overwhelmed by the level of work it has become to keep the floors clean. Sweeping and mopping on a daily basis just isn’t in the cards for me (to be honest it never was, even before becoming disabled).Many eons ago, I owned the very first robot vacuum on the market and wasn’t impressed at all, and I guess I never considered this option again until recently. With so much distrust in these things in my heart, I decided to take the risk and give this much more modern robot a chance to prove itself to me.I can’t be happier!! She (yes, she’s a SHE) is FABULOUS!!! I don’t know where to begin as far as all the positives, but as far rants, I only have ONE complaint: She navigates around everything in my home very smoothly EXCEPT my recliner. If it weren’t for the fact that I am constantly moving my recliner around, I could just establish a “no go” zone around it. So, unfortunately I always have to watch her when she works around it, which is the only thing that prevents her from being able to operate completely on her own. (I’m tempted to sell my recliner just so my vacuum can operate in peace 😂😂😂)Oh, I should also mention that if you have glass sliding doors, she sees thru glass & will keep wanting to push thru the glass (unless you have drapes/shades blocking). But that’s an easy fix via the app, by setting up a “no go zone.”Otherwise, I really couldn’t possibly ask for more.I’ve been running her once a day for about a week now, and I’m just hoping she doesn’t die after a year as some reviewers have complained. Being that she’s still new to the family, I will return here to update my experiences as time goes on. If she goes KAPUT, I’ll definitely report back about that as well.In the meantime, there’s nothing but happy tears and a HUGE RELIEF here. My life has become monumentally easier & my home has become so much more manageable!!! ❤️❤️❤️
