बेहतरीन क्वालिटी वाला स्टील कुकर, लेकिन कुछ सावधानियाँ जरूरी
यह स्टील का कुकर एक बेहतरीन प्रोडक्ट है। इसकी स्टील काफी मोटी और मजबूत है। खासकर नीचे का तला काफी भारी है, जिसकी वजह से स्टील के बर्तनों में आमतौर पर होने वाली तले के जलने की समस्या यहाँ बिल्कुल नहीं होती। कुकर देखने में भी बहुत आकर्षक और प्रीमियम लगता है।हालाँकि, इस्तेमाल के दौरान दो समस्याएँ नजर आईं:1. उबलने पर ओवरफ्लो: ज्यादा तेज आँच (हाई हीट) पर पकाते समय कुकर की सीटी से खाने का सामान बाहर आ जाता है। शायद इसकी चौड़ाई ज्यादा और ऊँचाई कम होने के कारण ऐसा होता है। ध्यान रहे, अंदरूनी क्षमता वास्तव में लगभग 3.3 लीटर ही है (भले ही 5 लीटर लिखा हो)। इसलिए इसे हमेशा मध्यम या हल्की आँच पर ही इस्तेमाल करना बेहतर रहेगा।2. ढक्कन का फिट: अगर ढक्कन बिल्कुल सही तरीके से न लगे, तो उसके किनारों से भाप लीक होने लगती है।साइज: यह कुकर 3 व्यक्तियों के परिवार के लिए आदर्श आकार का है।निष्कर्ष: इन छोटी-सी कमियों के बावजूद, कुकर की खूबियाँ (मोटी स्टील, भारी तला, जलने से सुरक्षा, बढ़िया लुक) कहीं ज्यादा प्रभावशाली हैं। थोड़ी सावधानी (हल्की आँच, ढक्कन ठीक से लगाना) से इन कमियों को आसानी से नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। इतनी बेहतरीन क्वालिटी और परफॉर्मेंस को देखते हुए, मैं इसे पूरे 5 स्टार देता हूँ। एक बेहतरीन खरीदारी!
