“After using this purifier for a year, I’m very disappointed with its performance. The filter candle stopped working within just 6 months, and even after replacing it, the purifier lacks a proper TDS controller. The service experience has also been poor—technicians come for general check-ups, do nothing meaningful, and leave after simply asking for the OTP. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this purifier to anyone.”

Excellent Product at Reasonable Price
Unit was installed at my place on 24.11.2018.Following are the observations:1. As i have mentioned, the product is excellent, Finishing and Aesthetic of the product is very nice.2. Delivery – well before 1 day of estimated date of delivery.3. Installation is totally free, Technician who installed unit was very decent, Responded well and installed very well on time.4. Though it is mentioned as 8 litres by Amazon, it’s a 7 Litres capacity. But, in my opinion, it was not a major issue. 7 Litres capacity Ro+UV with Mineralizer at this price, i would say this is the best product.5. Capacity : 7 Litres, Time to Fill complete 7 Litres : 20 minutes approx, Wastage of water for every 7 Litre is 15 Litres Approx. However, this 15 litres water can be used for planting trees or in the toilet or cleaning the floor of the house.6. Taste of Water is good. While Drinking, i really feel the cleanliness of the water.7. Clubbed product “Ampereus PFTRPTW2 FRP & ABS Pre Filter Set With Taflone/Wrench/Pipe for RO Water Purifiers (White)” is recommended on Amazon to buy. Don’t buy this extra Ampereus pre filter. I bought this pre filter extra, but 315Rs Waste.8. Maintenance : 2 Filters will be replaced after 6 months automatically by the Havells (Free). After that, i think 5-6 filters are to be replaced yearly (Chargeable), costing Rs.5000 approx, as per the Technician who installed this product at my Home.OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE AS ON 26.11.2018.
