Heavy, will last a life time
Excellent. Very heavy. It will last more than me. We are only two in the family. This was for everyday use. This size was bigger than I needed. I returned this one and bought the identical but smaller size. I already posted review for that one. It is steel so sticking property is same as normal steel, unlike non stick ones. Good parts are 1. It will last more than me. 2. Heat is even so way better than copper bottom or thinner steel pans. 3. 3mm thick so it takes a while to get hot but stays hot longer. If you do hurry to heat it, you will burn the food as once hot it stays hot. I do heat it at medium flame, wait patiently for a minute and then cook. This way it stays hot and stick less. Turmeric powder and oil leaves stain which need harder scrubber. So you will loose the shine inside but the good part is that schotch brite or even steel wool won’t damage it. It comes with 5 year warranty but it will last a lifetime. But once more I am warning that it is heavy. Don’t let it fall on your feet. Don’t keep multiple of these on overhead cupboard.
