I write this review after several months of use it. It’s a good choice for who need big flat surfaces pan. Quite heavy. Several items can cook on it. I think it’s not for deep frying. It’s good quality and big size.

Not stable in traditional burners
The quality of product is very good, heating is also uniform, full marks for the build quality but the designers forget to make this thing stable! Due to curvature at bottom and heavy handle it’s tricky to get this thing stable on traditional burner. It just falls towards the handle, you have to be very precise and if you miss the alignment the food inside could fall. Stability is better on a flat cooktops like induction/coils. But I regret buying it. I should have ordered a 22 inch one as that would have larger base area and is expected to be stable. Return period is there but I have used this product and it has got partial scratch on one side!

Good quality product
Loved its look, its heavy feel, its long attistic handle. Heat retension good, quickly heats up, if handled properly will last long. Wish there was some instructionreg us, cleaning and maintenence…and a few recipes..( like hawkins and prestige provides) Every thing good but the weight of handle is so much that it has a tendency to topple if not kept properly on the gas stove. I could not register the product and am worried if warrenty will apply if i keep the blank card with the purchase invoice. Will buy more from this company.
