Build Quality is good, product is tooo goood. As always they are big name in RO industry reason is they provide quality product…You can just see and it feels like yes something looks premium and the most important thing is filteration, So it only one day to give feedback but taste of water is quite good.Talking about Insatallation then it is seamless. Technician was well trained and it done its job in less than half an hour and with very cleanliness.Overall Happy with evrything.Thanks Amazon for seamless process.

Till now it’s looks good, also TDS test amazed me when compared with my normal home water and Kent alkaline water. But be informed that the technician person who set it up took more than 1000 rupees add on to add another extra level of filter which he brought with himself in his bag which was not covered in the base price and cost additional, he says it will be the first level of filter which will help the machine, will write another revival once I use it for more than15 days

Need to improve on service quality
Product looking good but product installation service is not up to the mark. One person came for the first time and not have patience to see every thing is there everything and sutable to install and kent external kit price said me more cost. Another day came other person he is good and installed but TDS level not shon me, after asking he showed and said it will decrease after some time.Important: kent external pre filter kit is not mentioned to take with product in online, installation person is taking some more money while Installation.
