Useless –
Worst product. brand new product is not working.
Dry jar takes too long to grind. I just tried grinding jeera and I had to do 3 times to get more or less fine powder. In the meantime the jar gets too hot. Didn’t serve the purpose. Bought since the delivery was fast and have used cooker and other products and they were good but mixer grinder spoiled the brand name. Very poor, it’s refurbished product..2nd time, we got these kind of products from supplier…very much disappointed and waste of money…we losing hope on Amazon Thought Longway brand will be good than others but I was wrong …..the mixer which I have received jars blades are not at all sharp & not efficient for grinding Very bad experience with this product. Jar blade got broken in first use. I was using it only for chatni which does not have any hard thing which could broke it. Please don’t buy. Normally, during use, a mixer produces sound, but this mixer is creating too much irritating noise. Is this a fault with my product, or is this model itself like this? I am not sure. I feel totally disappointed.
