Excellent Powerbank for the Price
Purchased this powerbank for primarily using to charge laptop. We don’t have UPS at home and my wife’s office provided laptop has poor battery backup. So instead of going with UPS, thought of giving this a try and it serves the purpose exceptionally well.Out of box it came with 76% battery, I charged it using my Samsung 25W PD charger. Noticed that powerbank was constantly charging at full 25W (I have a cable that shows wattage) PD, it might charge more fast too but I can’t test it. Coming to backup, for testing I told my wife to use this powerbank instead of adapter given. So she started with 100% laptop battery in morning and while log-off after 8hours 30 minutes work the powerbank was left with single digit battery.Observations:- Output is indeed 65w via USB-C as I could see laptop using around 55-64w while charging and being used.- Top portion of the powerbank does get warm (not hot), manageable and understandable considering the wattage its pushing.- Design looks very nice and quality is premium, it has 2 USB-Cs and 2 USB-A points with one button and a digital display that shows current battery level.- The battery indicator while charging shows animation clearly on the display.So far happy with the product, just hope that in long run it performs same way (except for obvious battery degradation over time).EDIT – Jan 13, 2025-Just within 6 months the product failed suddenly. I was using it for my Apple Mac and it was charging it for a while and failing showing 73% on display of powerbank. Not able to charge the powerbank and neither charge other devices. Raised a complaint, will update as and when I have latest update

Good product
Good product works fine with laptop and top end phones with fast charging. I had a issue with the charging but the the customer service was helpful and got it replaced with no cost.

Absolute superstar and very useful.Comes with big battery and superfast charging and what makes it best is there is no heating issue faced by me till now.Also while using all the ports at once the charging speed is awesome.The matte soft covering makes it really beautiful and it is easy to carry as well.And it comes with digital battery display so there is no worry of battery level at all.Can charge laptops and big devices with super fast speed.Love it.

Worst product from Portronics
One of the worst products have purchase from portronics. This doesn’t charge mobile or laptop.. it doesn’t recharge also when we write a contact their feedback they are not available product rupees looking fine perfectly but it is not charging thru any of the means.

Heavy, stopped working about a year down the line
Extremely bulky and heavy. While it did charge my phone and laptop reasonably fast, it seemed to run out of battery very quickly when it reached the last 15%. Stopped working about a year down the line. I found Ambrane’s fast-charging powerbank much better than this both in terms of compactness and durability.
