Perfect product without any flaw
I never order something in a hurry without going through the reviews, preferably most recent ones. By chance I ordered this product in a jiffy since it was a best seller and was quite decently priced. After ordering when I saw the reviews I saw that in most cases the product delivered was damaged, already used, refurbished and so on.Much to my unlikeliness the product I got was in perfectly new conditon with no damage whatsoever.The size seem small but is enough to fit a 6 inch bread of any brand and the first time I used it, the cuts on the breads were perfectly in shape even without trimming the edges.I think its sometimes on luck that you receive a defective piece, for concerns related to broken item, my guess is that since it is delivered from Tamil Nadu, hence there might be cases where product is handled roughly at some point or the other.Rest I consider this as not good but a perfect product for daily use. People can trust this again, DO NOT COMPLETELY GO FOR REVIEWS RELATED TO DAMAGED PRODUCT as it is completely random and by chance. The product is well packed even without amazon box and is decently build, it will not break if used nicely, rough usage of even a Borosil griller would break it anyhow.

Its a great product within the price range. We were looking for a sandwich maker which can be used easily and has more to do with bread. Not only we can make sandwiches but can also toast bread which helps a lot.The length of cord is an issue but that can be worked upon if you have an extension board.One has to make sure that the stuffing is not so much otherise it will start coming out of the edges. No issues if the stuffing is less :)Overall the time taken to cook a sandwich is less and we are very satisfied with our purchase.Thank you!

Heats up way too fast.
It makes sandwich way too fast. Problem with this is.. faster it cooks less crunchy the bread turns out. Also, it doesn’t seal the outer edges of bread sandwich. So stuffing can crumble out and fall while eating.It could be better if there were a temperature control setting.
