The product works fine, however since it is of steel, it becomes hot and there is a good probability that you would burn your hand at some point of time, whenever you are in hurry. Considering that this is one of the expensive toaster in the market, I would suggest to avoid this due to heating problem. Otherwise the product is good and sandwiches come up really fast

This review is not for product quality as I’ve not been able to test it even after the replacement of damaged product is received.Turns out this time the cable is damaged, previously it was a dent on the top.Please work on it guys.
