Water quality is good, filter is user friendly and not so expensive. But filtering speed is too slow. But overall it’s nice and recommended to use for clean and healthy drinking water.

Drained water is black
Recently, I have purchased RAMA Spirit 7″Ceramic Candle which has been fitted in the fillter and poured water. The drained water is black colour What is the reason? I think it is useless A technical problem Please rectify it
