Defective product and poor service experience
I’m extremely disappointed with the RO water purifier’s performance and the company’s after-sales service. Within a month of installation, the SMPS and censor got damaged. Although the SMPS was replaced, the damaged censor cost me an additional Rs 500.To make matters worse, I was charged:- Rs 700 for the PRV valve- Rs 300 as visiting charges- Rs 500 (already paid for installation)Total repair cost exceeded Rs 2000. Now, the unit is still malfunctioning with continuous water dripping.I request a replacement for the faulty product, considering its age and repeated issues.*Expectation:* Better product quality and customer service.Sincerely,John

Waste of money. This product and manufacturer should be banned
Please Don’t buy. Very bad product and There is no service provided. Customer care and the technician only making fools. they didn’t want to attend the complaint. RO is not working till now while I have spent 1200 rupees till now.This is happening as RO is in under warranty. From day one there is no solution from the manufacturer after raising complaint.I request to Amazon to banned such type of manufacturer and the retailer.Please don’t buy. There is waste of money.

Worst after sales service ever
Withing 4 months after buying this product it has started leaking from uv filter and suddenly stopped working when service person came to check he has mentioned we need to courier this to company to get adapter replaced which will take atleast 6-7 working days and we need to pay courier charges for the same even if the product is under warranty they have asked to make payment for adapter also services charges needs to be bear.
