Nice product
Very nice product. Look wise good. Delivered properly in good packaging. Brand installation was good and prompt. Working nicely from last 4 months and the IOT features working nicely. We are staying in multi storied building, where this wifi features is really helpful. No need to check for the wash completion by going near the device. We can check the status of the wash from mobile/TV and also get notification in mobile or TV when the washing gets completed. Washing machine is also quite silent, as compared to my old LG front load one. 9kg variant is more than enough for a small family. No need to bother about the load and can easily wash a lot many clothes together. Overall very much satisfied with the product and wash quality.

I recently purchased the Samsung 9 kg, 5 Star, Eco Bubble Technology, AI Control, Wi-Fi, Digital Inverter Motor, Fully-Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WW90T504DAN1TL, Hygiene Steam, Inox) from Amazon, and I must say, this machine has exceeded my expectations in every way.Performance and FeaturesThe washing machine is incredibly user-friendly and simple to operate. The AI Control feature is a game-changer, as it personalizes washing by remembering my habits, suggesting cycles, and displaying timely information. The Eco Bubble Technology ensures that detergent penetrates fabrics quickly, removing dirt effectively even at low temperatures. This not only saves energy but also protects the color and texture of my clothes.The washing quality is outstanding. Clothes come out looking fresh and clean, thanks to the Hygiene Steam feature, which eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and allergens. Its advanced technology, excellent washing quality, and user-friendly features make it a top-notch appliance. However, the delivery experience could have been better. Very good machine.
First of all, even though it says “black”, it’s 90% grey. Still looking very good. Just putting it out there.Had a bit of hassle with the Samsung team that called to schedule installation. On the scheduled date, even after 4pm they didn’t came. I called them and understood that my installation request was not registered correctly, even though they said before they will come the said date. But, to my surprise, they sent a team within an hour after I called them at the late hour. Kudos to Samsung for that.This is my very first washing machine, so I have very little to compare to. But, I will say that this was a very good purchase.This machine provides very good cleaning results, provided you choose cleaning options like prewash, bubble soak, intensive wash, additional rinse cycles and higher temperature washes with respect to the degree of dirt in the clothes you put in. There is a lot of options. A good combination will surely do the magic. I would highly recommend to use liquid detergents only.Now, the spinning part. I have seen both noisy spins which will make one think the machine is damaged and super smooth spins which gave me another level of satisfaction. It comes as a result of the efficiency of pre spin where the load is distributed equally inside the drum. I have to say, it is less efficient that I would love it to be. When the load distribution is perfect, there is not a single vibration or noise during spinning. It’s so good. It has been rare in my case. But it doesn’t imply a faulty machine.And, another thing is that the WiFi reception strength is low. So, if you keep the machine a bit far from the router and behind multiple walls, like I had to, WiFi connectivity is basically useless. It failed everytime when I was trying to connect the machine to SmartThings.Still haven’t received an electric bill after purchasing the machine, so I can’t say much about the energy efficiency now. Will give an update once I have enough data to refer to.Overall, it’s a very good machine if we use it correctly. I would surely recommend it.

Bad noisy defective
I received a defective product. It is making loud knocking sound during spin cycle. Cannot trust this brand. My neighbour from below floor came to my door complaining of the loud noise too. Don’t waste your money.———Update: I am very thankful to Amazon. Their empathy for customers and priority to give excellent service is commendable. They approved the return without hassles and gave full refund. The extra amount that I paid during exchange of my old machine after evaluating the exact condition is also refunded.Thanks Amazon for great care and sorry Samsung. I switched to a LG Direct drive machine. LG quality and service is very good. I purchased from LG store because I needed it fast. Samsung calloused response for old customers have lost them one loyal customer.
