Good machine, Tech is good, built quality is good,
After so many videos and learning, we finally replaced our old IFB machine with a Samsung Smart – while comparing to other competitors, Samsung really did a good job in AI. The washing quality is good. Wifi functioned well. The build quality is good, vibration not too much. We are stuck in Samsung, IFB, LG, and Botch, but in the end we bought the Samsung 9kg Version. You will not get many videos, reviews for this model on YouTube.after using 3-4 days writing this review and everything is good but spoted some cons1. If the machine starts and runs the program, if the electricity goes out, you need to keep the power button on so the program will continue after the electricity comes back2. Another issue if you have the problem of water, then must be note. if water gone during the washing program, it will give you an error. And when the water back wash program starts from beginning3. Another problem is we can’t add liquid before starting the washing program. liquid will goes away in prewashOther than these 3 issues, all works for us great. will update the review if you face any issues in the futurethank you

So far working well, very less noise the built in AI power reduction, high speed, managing the washing machine remotely are highlights of this machine.Got the washing machine during a sale at a decent price, happy with the deal and the timely installation from Samsung.

Worst product and service too
I purchased this machine in august 2021.It went fine for two and half years. But problems started from 2024 starting.First the machine drum broke and it took technician 1 months to attend the machine despite my repeated calling to customer care.They took machine with them and returned it after 4 days.The drum was fixed but machine started making excessive noise during washing cycle. I think that there was some sabotage with machine. After that my 3 year warranty period was over. In october 2024 the machine came up with new problem. During cycle the machine stops without any reasons. No code is displayed it just stops.I called samsung technician and he told that control board is not working and it will cost ₹6000 to replace it.My relatives also brought this model of washing machine and they also faced problems similar to me from 3rd year.This washing machine is piece of scrap.I am not buying samsung washing machines ever. My parents have an ifb washing machine and it is working absolutely fine and its now in its 6th year.I am very dissapointed with samsung. Waste of time and money.

Product seems good, but horrible product service
The product looks good and delivered on time. But samsung service is extremely poor. I have been waiting for more a week for the technician to install it. I have contacted all samsung service centres nearby and nobody is taking responsibility to install it. Never expected such a horrible experience from such a reputed brand.

Well, I bought a washing machine for Rs 21990 during prime day sale, 6-7 Aug 2020. After a lot of comparisons, I went for a Samsung front load 6kg washing machine. In fact, this is my first washing machine. I choose front-load rather than top load. Bcz- it’s much better than the top load in many ways.Delivery: Delivered on time but the delivery persons were not ready to deliver a parcel on the 1st floor and expecting tips. I helped them to lift the washing machine on the first floor. Overall, the experience was not good. Amazon, plz take a look at these issues.Installation: It was done on the same day of the delivery. I called the Samsung customer support and they arranged a demo & installation for me. The service engineer was a very knowledgable person. Explained all features such as how to use, clean, and maintain the machine. I will give 5 stars for the service.Pros:1. Best in this price range,2.3-year comprehensive warranty, and a 10-year warranty for the motor3. Service is good4. Easy to use5. Consumes less water for wash6. The Wash quality is quite good.Cons:1. Poor delivery experience from amazon2. Inlet pipe length is short (1Meter)3. side thickness seems not as good as the front.
