Developed Crack
When I purchased this I was very happy with the same. Material was heavy steel but it lasted hardly a year or little more. Now I am disappointed as it has developed Crack 😞. This was unexpected as many other stainless steel items are still in good condition.

Low quality lock can cause accident
Pathetic product …….today we met with an unfortunate accident because of this pan ……..my wife was straining rice the lock suddenly slipped and the pan top fell …..warm water spilled over her and she got burnt. Rice was all over the floor…….please dont buy this product as it can injure you seriously

Cracked after one year of use.
A very bad product , low quality steel used..It has already cracked at the edges..The “2 year warranty” is a sham. They just make it very difficult and expensive to claim it, so you just give up.Would not recommend this …

Cracked in 9 months. Warranty claimed and got a replacement
Update – After long interaction with the Customer Care this product has been replaced by the manufacturer. I have to incur the cost of sending the product to their office in Mumbai to check for warranty. Finally it’s accepted and replaced.Issue faced – Writing this review after 9 months. This cooker developed a crack after 6 months of use. Please see the pictures. Due to the crack the lid is not sitting correctly and it’s useless. It’s a waste of money. Reached out to Customer care for warranty claim (1 year warranty as per the information provided in the website). However company is not providing a replacement or a fix. They keep saying they will respond. No response and no solution. Very bad experience.
