Defective piece dElivered. Replacement not received even after 7 days
Awful!. The item did not work on receipt after inserting 3 brand new batteries. They had casually sent a defective piece. I had asked for a replacement and there is no sign of replacement even after 7 days. No communication either from Seller or Amazon. I am an Amazon Prime memebr and buy lot of things from Amazon. But I am disappointed by the sheer callousness of both Amazon and the Seller

Product has four options and a game. In some of the options I can see game in display instead of numbers or letters. Weird!
