Useless product. Doesn’t filter anything however it made water more smelly making unfit even to wash hands.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Best water purifier for municipal water… one more piece of sediment filter helps
Using this small wonder for past several years! Serves good purpose instead of fancy RO/UV filters.One common complaint is…the filters for sediment clog and water start overflowing from sides while attached to the tap. I don’t know why the manufacturer has not given it a thought and increase its porosity to supply 3 no’s filters…just one more to see through the life of the cartridge.I normally do this when it clogs….just put in warm water mixed with little baking soda …for 15 min…and the filter is good to go for few more days.

The Best Tap Filter Out There
Firstly, some people have reported that the red line indicating the end of service life is visible even in a brand new product. This is not really a problem as the line will drop back down on its own after about a week of use. Even with the line visible, the filter works perfectly well as long as the pre-filter sponge at the top isn’t choked. You should clean this pre-filter disk at least once a month by spraying water on it to ensure proper flow.Of all the tap mounted water filters available in the market, this is the only one that offers serious filtration quality. All of its competitors are basically just versions of stuffed cotton filters, with maybe some activated charcoal in the costlier versions that achieve little to nothing in terms of filtration.Although not indicated in the description (maybe due to restrictions in its sale in foreign countries), the water is perfectly fine for drinking. Though some people have complained about the iodine taste, you’ll quickly get used to it and it’ll seem much less apparent after a while, so it’s not at all a problem.The additional attachment options provided for various kinds of taps makes fitting the filter a breeze.The only downside is that the pre-filter foam sponge at the top can get clogged quickly if the water supply has sediments, and will need to be cleaned frequently. After a while, even cleaning it will not help much. In this case, you can buy sheets of pre-filter material from your local Aquaguard or similar water filter service centre and then cut out a disc of the appropriate size.

Waste of Money
Most useless product online.. TDS 502 remains 502 after the filteration.. I dont know what purpose it is serving.Waste of money and time.
