This policy applies to the digital products (PDF guides) sold on indishopkart.com. Please read it before you buy.
Digital products: no refunds
Our PDF guides are digital products that you can download immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed, because delivery is instant. Before you pay, you can close the payment page at any time and no money will be charged.
When we will help you
We will fix the problem, replace the file or refund you, as appropriate, in these cases:
- Payment deducted but no download: your money was deducted but you did not receive the download link within 24 hours.
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same guide.
- File problem: the PDF cannot be opened or is damaged, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 3 working days.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after buying.
- Not reading the product description before buying.
- Results that differ from your expectations. Skin and health results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any result.
- Links that have expired or reached the download limit. Please write to us and we will try to re-send your link.

Email contact@indishopkart.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order ID, the email address you used, and a short description of the problem. Our team will reply within 2 working days.
Refund timeline
If we approve a refund, it is returned to the original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
